To have full access to your 4Relax App, you must create an account by proceeding as follows:
1-Click on "Account" in the main menu
2-Click on the "SIGN UP" button
3-Enter your full name, email address and choose a password then click "NEXT STEP"
4-Enter the activation code of your 4Relax product including the dashes. You will find your activation code on page 4, part 5 of your user manual
5-Click on "REGISTER" to finish
The activation process is done manually and can take up to 24 hours maximum.
Once your 4Relax App has been activated, you will receive a message on your email address.
Please proceed as follows to access your 4Relax App after activation:
A-Click on "Account" in the main menu
B-Click on the "Settings" button then on "Log Out"
C-Click again on "Account" and on "LOGIN"
D-Enter your Login and password to connect
If the content of your 4Relax App is still not accessible, try again in a few hours and repeat steps A to D.
